Job Title: Construction Assistant Superintendent

Cotton Commercial USA, INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Assistant Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with the direction and coordination of projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of construction experience or a college degree with construction internship experience.
  • OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
