Product Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Lead to lead our product development efforts. This role requires a deep passion for fashion and a strong background in AI/ML-driven product management. The Product Management Lead will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the product roadmap while ensuring that all deliverables are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with SpreeAI's vision and strategic goals.
  • Manage product timelines and ensure on-time delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to address potential delays.
  • Collaborate with key partners to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration of SpreeAI's technology into their ecosystems.
  • Drive the application of AI/ML technologies within SpreeAI's product to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, marketing, operations, and design teams to bring innovative product features to life.
  • Advocate for a partner/consumer-first mindset across all product development efforts, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve and tailor our solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in fashion and technology, using this knowledge to inform product strategy and ensure SpreeAI stays ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with AI/ML-driven products.
  • Deep passion for fashion and a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in creating personalized, data-driven user experiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a history of delivering complex products on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and leading cross-functional teams.
