Responsibilities:
(Candidates must perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodations.)

  • Respond to inquiries from holders of Unclaimed Property through various communication channels, providing information and clarification regarding relevant laws and compliance programs.
  • Review and validate data in Unclaimed Property reports for accuracy and adherence to regulations. Address any discrepancies by contacting relevant parties for clarification.
  • Input and manage Unclaimed Property holder reports and owner information in the database, conducting necessary research to ensure proper processing.
  • Generate correspondence for holders with non-compliant reports.
  • Organize and archive reports for compliance and storage purposes.
  • Assist in processing during peak reporting seasons.

Core Work Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 5:00

Qualifications:
Candidates should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintain a positive demeanor, and exhibit professionalism and punctuality. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
