Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Respond to inquiries from holders of unclaimed property through both telephone and written communication, providing clarity on unclaimed property laws and compliance requirements. Review and validate data from unclaimed property reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards. This includes reaching out to holders for additional information as necessary. Input and manage unclaimed property holder reports and owner data within the designated database, conducting necessary research to facilitate report processing. Communicate with holders regarding non-compliance issues and manage the documentation process. Organize and archive reports for efficient retrieval and compliance with state record-keeping standards. Assist in the sorting and processing of reports during peak operational periods.

Work Schedule:
The core work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:
Candidates should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a positive demeanor, and professionalism. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
