Our ideal candidate is meticulous, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills to enhance the experiences of our clients, investors, and their tenants.

Compensation:

$41,600 - $52,000 plus bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

  • Minor Repairs including light carpentry, window blind installation, closet door installation, and lock replacement
  • Basic Plumbing Repairs such as toilet or disposal replacement
  • Smoke and CO2 Detector Installation/HVAC Filter Replacement
  • Trash collection and debris removal, including dump runs
  • Yard Maintenance, Sprinkler Repair, and Fence Repair
  • Overseeing or monitoring services provided by external vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors

During downtime between work orders and property transitions, team members may be assigned additional tasks related to comprehensive home remodels for our investment group. These tasks may include:

  • Painting, Cabinet Installation, Flooring, Electrical work, etc.

No one is expected to know everything; we value teachability and a willingness to learn from others.

Qualifications:
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Some experience as a Maintenance Technician
  • Ability to document work performed and expenses incurred
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools, including both power and hand tools
  • Clean driving record and background check
  • Access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed), preferably a truck, or willingness to upgrade to a truck or van in the near future
  • Commitment to excellence and accountability to a schedule
  • Willingness to be friendly and represent the company positively
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ongoing communication is essential
