Solar Sales Manager

Momentum Solar is a leading provider of residential solar solutions with a strong presence in multiple states across the nation. As a Direct Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning and expansion of our lead generation force in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to grow lead generation volume and achieve positive outcomes.
- Teach, train, and develop sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Create or refine systems to support business objectives.
- Identify strategies to guide new sales representatives to success.
- Develop and implement manpower growth plans to support team goals.
- Manage teams to key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Foster a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity within the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience.
- Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating others.
- Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques.
- A professional presence and excellent communication skills.
- Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.
- Experience growing and scaling sales teams.
- Understanding of recruiting best practices.
