Job Title: Direct Sales Manager

Momentum Solar is a leading provider of residential solar solutions with a strong presence in multiple states across the nation. As a Direct Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning and expansion of our lead generation force in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to grow lead generation volume and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Teach, train, and develop sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Create or refine systems to support business objectives.
  • Identify strategies to guide new sales representatives to success.
  • Develop and implement manpower growth plans to support team goals.
  • Manage teams to key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity within the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience.
  • Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating others.
  • Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques.
  • A professional presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.
  • Experience growing and scaling sales teams.
  • Understanding of recruiting best practices.
