As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing safety, general contractor, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, profits, and sales growth of one or more customers or projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Manage billing & collections, forecast project timelines, and analyze factors that affect results to maximize efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensure high-quality service, and provide overall leadership to the department while acting as a team player.
- Employee Development: Provide personnel development plans, monitoring, coaching, feedback, & growth opportunities to direct reports.
- Performance Management: Manage employee job performance, complete performance appraisals timely, counsel, discipline, and terminate as necessary and in accordance with company policies.
- Requirements: High school education required, two or four-year construction-related degree or Journeyman background (4-5 year apprenticeship) also required, 5-10 years prior experience in the electrical construction field, knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes, ability to work independently, meet deadlines and budgets, and fulfill all job requirements within a timely fashion.
