As an AP Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete cycle of weekly expense reimbursements and invoice processing through ChromeRiver and Aderant systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute payment transactions for freight vendors using the PS Ship platform, adhering to company policies and timelines.
  • Process trust disbursement requests with precision, ensuring compliance with internal controls and legal requirements.
  • Issue manual checks as required, maintaining accuracy and supporting financial integrity.
  • Maintain and update vendor W9 information, and oversee year-end processing of 1099 forms.
  • Maintain and update vendor records for ACH payments.
  • Assist in the monthly review of the General Ledger, contributing to the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of recent accounting experience in a law firm setting.
  • Technologically savvy with advanced features within Excel.
  • Experience with Aderant and ChromeRiver is a plus.
  • Detailed-oriented AP specialist with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented decision-making skills.
