Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse associates and drivers to ensure timely and accurate merchandise distribution.
  • Assist management in covering shifts and scheduling to meet operational needs.
  • Process deliveries efficiently, adhering to delivery schedules and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Use computer systems to manage inventory and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Transport orders and returns between the warehouse and stores, ensuring accurate and timely ticketing.
  • Identify and address damaged or expired products, implementing product rotation strategies.
  • Maintain bin locations, conduct physical inventory, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with associates and management to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or equivalent.
  • Experience with inventory management, SAP, and forklift operation.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and coach others.
