Vice President of Operations

Job Title: Vice President

BluSky is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our branch office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the office, including sales, business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall P&L at office level to drive profitability
• Oversee office sales and revenue
• Lead management and human resources
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction
• Manage weekly production and WIP reports
• Manage overall office budget and expenses

Requirements:

• 5+ years insurance restoration experience preferred
• 3+ years management experience preferred
• Strong business development experience with a proven track record of success
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal contacts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Compensation:
