We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at Gateway Rehabilitation Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Productivity Partners team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Productivity Partners and their direct reports, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, coordinate payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Financial Management: Prepare financial reports, maintain accurate expense tracking, and provide accounting support as needed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain digital filing systems, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Drive special projects as assigned by the supervisor, attend mandatory training and in-services, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience in an office management role.
- Certifications: Pass PA Criminal Background Check, obtain Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances, pass Drug Screen, and TB Test.
- Hybrid Position: Work from home with occasional travel to corporate offices or on-site customer locations.
- Physical Demands: Minimal physical demands, with significant mental demands including routine decision making, continuous attention to detail, and high mental and visual concentration.
