Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Operate and maintain dedicated metrology equipment, including optical comparators.
  • Read, understand, and interpret internal and customer-provided mechanical prints, including GD&T.
  • Perform visual product inspections to ensure surface cosmetics meet quality standards.
  • Generate clear and concise non-conformance reports.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical prints, including GD&T.
  • Basic experience with metrology equipment, including optical comparators.
  • Visual product inspection skills.
  • Ability to work overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with operating manual and/or automated CMM.
