Position Summary

As an Automotive Service Supervisor, you will leverage your extensive automotive repair expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills to foster strong customer relationships. You will act as a crucial link between our technicians and customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding, training, and managing a team of automotive technicians while assisting in the procurement of necessary parts and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate and organize work assignments for the automotive service team based on individual competencies.
  • Address all automotive service requirements of our clientele.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training processes to build a proficient automotive service team.
  • Promote high levels of teammate retention.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of technical experience in automotive service.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or service writing role, including:
    • Resolving customer complaints effectively.
    • Managing inventory, scheduling, and equipment upkeep.
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members, demonstrating:
    • Strong communication skills with teammates and customers.
    • Proficiency in recruiting and selecting technicians and service staff according to operational needs.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on automotive repair advancements.
  • Completion of all required training modules for this position.
  • A valid automotive driver's license is necessary for test driving customer vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A 2-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
