Position SummaryAs an Automotive Service Operations Leader, you will leverage your extensive automotive expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills to foster strong customer relationships. You will act as a vital link between our skilled technicians and valued customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Your leadership will be crucial in selecting, mentoring, and supervising a team of automotive technicians while managing the procurement of necessary parts and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate and organize work assignments for automotive service personnel based on their individual competencies.
- Address all automotive service requirements of our clientele.
- Oversee the recruitment and training processes for a proficient automotive service team.
- Promote high levels of employee retention.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of technical experience in automotive service.
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in a managerial or service advisory role.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Exhibit proficiency in managing inventory, scheduling, and equipment upkeep.
- Show capability in leading and coaching team members.
- Possess strong communication skills for both teammates and customers.
- Successfully recruit and select technicians and service staff in accordance with store needs.
- Commit to ongoing education and staying updated on automotive repair advancements.
- Complete all required training modules for this position.
- Maintain a valid automotive driver's license for test-driving customer vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
