Application Specialist

We are seeking an Application Specialist to join our Anatomage Table team. As an Application Specialist, you will primarily be working on customer engagement and experience. Your responsibilities will include training customers on Anatomage products, preparing training resources, and gathering customer feedback to improve our products.
Key Responsibilities- Product training and demonstrations
- Develop product contents and activities for customers
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues
- Provide on-call product support for US customers in Southeast and Southwest time zones
- Project research and development as needed
- Strong software and technology knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak with educational instructors and medical professionals
- Customer Outreach
- Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
- Tutoring or teaching experience
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in the medical or dental industry
- Familiarity with anatomy
