Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of Electrical Project Managers, Lead Technicians, and Apprentices.
  • Maintain accountability for profit and loss within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collections and minimize aging to thirty days or less.
  • Coordinate invoicing processes for electrical project contracts and repair services.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of the Electrical staff while effectively delegating responsibilities.
  • Provide operational guidance as directed by upper management.
  • Assess staffing needs to align with business objectives and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct performance evaluations in accordance with company policies and assist in maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Foster and strengthen customer relationships to enhance service delivery.
  • Drive new sales initiatives with existing client accounts.
  • Negotiate client contracts and establish performance timelines.
  • Manage internal and external budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are met within agreed timelines.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical management.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise a team.
  • Experience in the electrical industry, including management and account oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Profit and Loss management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Professional demeanor and valid driver's license required.
  • Electrical license is advantageous.
