Role Summary:
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify automation equipment and tooling to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, and maintenance plans for automated systems.
  • Monitor machine performance and implement preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation frameworks for new product lines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost automation effectiveness across existing processes.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with automated manufacturing systems, including PLCs and vision systems.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and process validation.
  • Experience in optimizing automated processes and equipment, preferably in regulated environments.
