Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Quality Assurance Automation Specialists to enhance our software quality processes at Smart IMS. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and performance of our new Salesforce application, the Grants Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated testing scripts to streamline testing processes.
  • Prioritize test scenarios and develop comprehensive execution plans.
  • Create and maintain documentation for automated testing procedures.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance activities for the Grants Management System.
  • Develop and sustain automated test cases utilizing Selenium or equivalent technologies.
  • Perform manual testing as necessary and monitor test case execution.
  • Establish regular schedules for automated test case execution and generate necessary reports.
  • Utilize Jira for defect logging and tracking.
  • Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
  • Collaborate within an Agile framework, supporting the development team during various phases including development, testing, UAT, and production.
  • Troubleshoot test cases as required and lead UAT testing activities.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, particularly in automated testing, and experience working in Agile environments.
