Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement QAPI programs to improve clinical outcomes

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school or therapy
  • Current state license as required by state or federal guidance
  • 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health care environment
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or coding is required along with 4 years of supervisory experience
