What is Required?
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or therapy
- Current state license as required by state or federal guidance
- 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health care environment
- Previous experience in quality assurance or coding is required along with 4 years of supervisory experience
- Previous experience in a Home Health services or Hospice environments is preferred
- Advanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendations
- Ability to set objectives, assess staff competencies, allocate work, facilitate team alignment, and create a motivating, safe working environment
- Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (HomeCare HomeBase, Workday, etc.) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Develop trusted relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate across both supervisory and leadership levels
You will report to the Area Vice President.
