Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple workbooks and reports in various sizes, shapes, and formats.

Requirements
  • Strong financial analytical skills.
  • Experience in Real Estate and Fund & Asset Management or Accounting with exposure to accounting platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with VBA a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency about solving problems, meeting deadlines, and achieving critical goals.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.
