Senior Tax Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for leading our compliance with IFRS reporting and U.S. tax compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and review of legal entity and consolidated income tax provisions, deferred tax assets/liabilities, and income tax payables.
  • Develop and maintain tax policy for financial reporting in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on tax accounting principles and U.S. income tax compliance.
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions and purchase price allocations.
  • Participate in various tax planning activities and research, including complex income tax accounting issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA and/or Master of Taxation are preferred.
  • 7-10 years' experience in large corporate tax environments, mix of industry and public accounting preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, corporate tax law, and Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple, large projects/processes.
  • Detail-oriented; strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
