At PosiGen, we're revolutionizing the solar industry with our innovative approach to making solar energy accessible to all. As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 8+ sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Coach, mentor, and train new specialists on best practices in sales
  • Assist team members with sales activities, including ride-alongs and work-with
  • Meet with and educate homeowners on the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency home upgrades
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a quota-driven sales position with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and training high-performing teams
  • Aptitude for cold calling, canvassing, or building a book of business
  • Proficient with complex computer software, including Salesforce CRM
