About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the solar energy industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 8+ sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Coach, mentor, and train sales team members on sales best practices and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Meet with customers to educate them on the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency home upgrades
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales position with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and training high-performing sales teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficient in complex computer software, including CRM systems
  • College degree and/or military service is a plus
