Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Energy Sales Representative to join our team at SI Business Solutions. As an Energy Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing our sales and expansion strategy, working directly with senior management to develop our customer base and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Assist management in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans
  • Generate, close, and follow up on sales and marketing leads to increase revenue and customer base
  • Manage and execute sales efforts into new distribution channels to expand our reach
  • Develop and execute marketing efforts to increase awareness and drive sales
  • Perform market research to compile information on potential opportunities, clients, and more
  • Establish long-lasting relationships and provide excellent customer support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Track and report on sales and marketing efforts to inform business decisions
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relentless and proactive approach to sales and marketing
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Consistently open to feedback and willing to learn and grow
  • No sales experience needed - just a willingness to learn and succeed
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, sales, or related field
