Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and assisting with membership sales and renewals.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center, including completing daily tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and upbeat attitude, with a passion for fitness and health.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
