Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner growth strategy to drive revenue and accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align and operationalize the Global Partners and Channels (GPC) operating model principles.
- Identify and cultivate new industry-specific use cases and solutions with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and build associated partner industry plans.
- Lead the effective collaboration of deal-level strategies and tactics between field sales and partners to drive new logos and revenue.
- Drive tight cross-functional alignment across key internal stakeholders, including industry solutions teams, product teams, and GPC global and regional teams.
- 5-7+ years of experience with a Global Systems Integrator (GSI), Enterprise Software, and/or Enterprise SaaS company.
- Solid background and domain expertise working directly in standing up GTM with a SI Partner for one or more industry verticals.
- Ability to engage with partners in the sales cycle on joint 'must-win' pursuits and facilitate co-sell and co-deliver opportunities.
- Strong business development experience and history of developing and executing partner go-to-market plans.
