Job Overview

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting our industry-leading growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis, and deliver recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Develop and present high-quality deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and written reports, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Pressure test current processes and design future-state business processes to create operational efficiencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to gather information, co-create deliverables, and accelerate execution to unlock value.
  • Drive change across the organization and wear multiple hats to move the needle.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and take personal interest in their growth and development.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in tech, with at least 2 years in consulting, private equity, or top-tier tech strategy or business operations functions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with comfort discussing business and technical topics with senior audiences.
  • Experience building relationships and leading through influence, with a track record of managing projects and large-scale transformations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision, and deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry, with knowledge of cybersecurity a plus but not required.
