Immunology Account Manager

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is dedicated to delivering innovative, science-based solutions to meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals. We are seeking an experienced Immunology Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Galderma's integrated commercial selling strategies to achieve/exceed sales targets and execute strategic objectives across high-valued customers.
- Develop and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge to customers.
- Lead the development of cross-functional account plans to deliver penetration, retention, and growth of Galderma's portfolio for key accounts.
- Proactively utilize business analytics and customer insights to anticipate customer needs and support solution development.
- Execute customer engagement initiatives to strengthen strategic partnerships with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
- Two (2) or more years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
- Previous account management experience.
- Previous business to business sales experience.
