Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing staff, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. Key duties include:
- Managing front desk operations for assigned shifts
- Scheduling employees and ensuring proper coverage
- Monitoring performance and recommending corrective action as needed
- Ensuring staff is properly trained and equipped to carry out their job functions
- Providing prompt and professional attention to guests
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- One or more years of front office/guest services experience, including supervisory experience
- Fluent English language skills
- Additional languages are a plus
