Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Partner with the Dealer Principal to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory
  • Analyze business performance and develop action plans to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and manage Fixed Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Automotive retail General Manager experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain great talent
  • Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
