Summary:
Safety Services Company is in search of a proficient Assistant Manager to enhance our efforts in client acquisition within the Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) Call Center.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, exceptional communication skills, effective problem-solving capabilities, and a proven history of promoting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of accountability among team members in generating appointments;
- Conduct interviews, evaluations, and onboarding of suitable candidates;
- Facilitate initial training sessions, including content review and assessments;
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks and evaluations;
- Provide coaching to team members based on QA reviews and spot checks;
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations, highlighting areas for improvement and recognizing strong performance;
- Ensure operational systems function at peak efficiency;
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the organization and drive ongoing enhancements;
- Collaborate with other staff, including upper management, to provide feedback and share growth ideas;
- Coordinate with OCE staff and off-site technical support;
- Monitor adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the area of influence;
- Manage monthly bonus calculations and complete related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a Department of Corrections clearance check;
- Proven ability to foster accountability and enhance team performance;
- Experience in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates;
- Proficient in conducting initial training and assessments;
- Competent in performing QA checks and offering coaching;
- Skilled in conducting performance evaluations and driving improvements;
- Ability to optimize systems for increased efficiency;
- Demonstrated history of driving organizational enhancements;
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration;
- Experience in coordinating with technical support and other teams;
- Commitment to adhering to established procedures;
- Ability to manage performance metrics and documentation;
- Aptitude for adapting to challenges and implementing solutions.
