**Job Summary**

Steve's Hometown Toyota is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and sales growth through effective use of our customer relationship management (CRM) system and internet leads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with our sales consultants to set appointments and communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text messages.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales consultants to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
