We are currently seeking a certified educator for the Elementary level to facilitate learning in diverse age groups on our vibrant, learner-focused campus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position requires an educator with an engaging and interactive teaching style to implement Clonlara's distinctive Full Circle Learning Model and actively participate in initiatives to enhance enrollment and community engagement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing Clonlara's Full Circle Learning Model consistently in a multiage classroom.
  • Collaborating closely with students' families, educational advisors, and the Campus Leader to deliver a tailored learning experience.
  • Designing innovative curricula that cater to the unique educational needs of each student.
  • Building meaningful and caring relationships with students.
  • Selecting and utilizing effective instructional strategies and resources.
  • Providing supportive communication to students and their families.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress and development.
  • Encouraging self-esteem, motivation, and a sense of responsibility among students.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records of student learning.
  • Representing Clonlara through outreach and recruitment activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in education with current elementary or secondary teaching certification.
  • Value collaboration and consensus-building.
  • Understand the principles of student autonomy, empowerment, and engagement.
  • Possess strong cross-cultural awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • Exhibit a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to individual circumstances and preferences.
  • Are familiar with progressive educational movements and philosophies.
  • Can differentiate instruction to accommodate students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Have experience in leading project-based learning initiatives.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understand the use of educational technology and are proficient in Office 365 tools.
