Primary Duties:

  • Oversee evening and overnight participants in the Summer Intensive program
  • Conduct nightly room inspections
  • Facilitate student engagement for behavioral guidance
  • Design activities and collaborate with campus authorities during emergencies
  • Ensure effective communication with parents and accompany students to meals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Essential Qualifications: Completion of Kennesaw State Minors on Campus Training, prior experience working with young adults
  • Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate or advanced degree in a relevant field, previous involvement with COTA Summer Intensive

Skills and Competencies:

  • Prioritize the welfare of young adults
  • Manage multiple responsibilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in various computer applications and software
