Role Overview:
As a Senior Strategic Sales Executive at Fieldguide, your primary focus will be on generating new sales for our cutting-edge vertical AI platform within the largest audit and advisory firms globally. Your responsibilities will encompass prospecting, identifying, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a targeted list of key strategic accounts, overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals and key performance indicators.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, comprehending their business needs and aligning Fieldguide's solutions accordingly.
- Deliver compelling presentations of Fieldguide's offerings to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing, to ensure customer needs are met throughout the sales journey.
- Enhance and refine our enterprise sales strategies and processes.
- Participate in networking events and conferences to foster relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Over 10 years of sales experience as an Account Executive, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new clients and a proven history of exceeding sales targets.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, advisory assurance, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong executive presence with experience selling to high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-faceted sales processes involving various stakeholders.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle independently, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- A collaborative spirit, effectively working with internal teams.
- A passion for developing sales processes in a dynamic startup environment.
