Service Department Coordinator

The Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling service appointments, coordinating loaner vehicles, checking in and out customer vehicles, maintaining accurate and organized service records and files, keeping customers informed of the status of their vehicles during the service process, handling customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, assisting service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring a clean and organized service waiting area for customers, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and knowledge of CDK a plus
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
