About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Lead to join our Northeast Region Sales Team in Pittsburg, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our strategic plan within assigned parts of the channel or customer groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, sales reps, and area managers.
  • Collaborate with the broader Distributor Sales Organization, Chain Sales Executives, and Field Marketing to ensure aligned execution.
  • Conduct regular work-withs, retail surveys, and retail visits to ensure effective execution of our distributor strategy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in CPG, Beverage, or Alcohol industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
