Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our testing team and drive the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize Jira intakes and schedule testing activities
  • Lead and manage the testing team, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
  • Execute test cases according to T-Mobile guidelines and identify defects
  • Track and manage defects, collaborating with Engineering stakeholders for timely resolution
  • Provide test status reports to project stakeholders, highlighting progress and potential risks

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
