Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric USA, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship between the program team and cross-functional areas critical to the success of the program. This includes coordinating, facilitating, and driving the effort and design recommendation of the project team, as well as key stakeholder contacts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in planning and executing activities required to meet program goals while maximizing return on investment within the program budget, performance, and schedule constraints.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing program schedules using agile techniques and MS Project
  • Defining and creating work breakdown structures, milestones, internal/external dependencies, efforts, and duration estimation
  • Tracking projects using both waterfall and agile approaches
  • Providing periodic reports of program status and progress to management
  • Performing risk reviews and managing risk registers to anticipate potential issues and define mitigation plans
  • Ensuring the quality and integrity of products and program deliverables

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to senior management. They will also have experience managing multiple vendors, supervising complex projects, and conducting team meetings to manage schedules, identify risks, and review project deliverables.
