Job Summary

The Administrative Specialist will provide administrative support to the Medication Administration Training Program. This includes performing a variety of administrative, clerical, customer service, and receptionist duties to support the program's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the program, including answering questions, researching and testing system output, and providing information and documentation about the curriculum.
  • Support instructors by providing materials used in Medication Administration classes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of directly related experience providing administrative support for a program or office.
  • Excellent technology skills, strong written and communication skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
  • Ability to gather, handle, track, and monitor data, compile information and prepare reports, maintain accurate records and databases, communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, organize resources and establish priorities, analyze and solve problems, and create, compose, and edit written materials.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of experience in computer Helpdesk support, medication administration, or in a medical or dental environment.
  • Experience with the Medication Administration Training program.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems.
