Position Overview

As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your primary duties will involve:

  • Welcoming and registering guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet all guests warmly as they approach the front desk, embodying the hospitality standards of TPG Hotels & Resorts.

2. Process check-ins and check-outs with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.

3. Operate the telephone system effectively to respond to guest requests and inquiries.

4. Address requests for information, mail, and messages in a prompt and courteous manner.

5. Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel amenities, special events, and local attractions to assist guests.

6. Demonstrate initiative by anticipating guest needs and addressing them proactively.

7. Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

8. Exhibit strong listening skills to understand and clarify guest concerns.
