Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at Insight Global. This role will involve providing high-level support and customer service to users, including C-level executives, in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, O365, and mobile device issues

Communicate technical information to non-technical customers

Manage difficult technical scenarios while providing seamless support to customers

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, global enterprise as a C-Level Executive IT Support specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT support on the executive floor, including the CEO and other executives, and will provide white glove support service as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in high-level or white glove support and customer service

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers

Comfortable working in a mixed Windows and Mac environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
