**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient operations.
  • Prepare exam rooms for use, adhering to protocols and guidelines.
  • Prep patient charts with pre-visit planning, reviewing schedules and identifying gaps in care.
  • Assist with front office duties, greeting patients, answering phones, and verifying insurances.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or 3+ years documented medical assistant experience.
  • BCLS training and current certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
