Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer support as a part-time remote representative for the Guest Services Department of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. The individual in this position will engage with subscribers, donors, and ticket purchasers through various communication channels including phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subscription and ticket processing through phone, mail, and online platforms.
  • Deliver outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or the ticketing sector is required. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems is preferred.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $18.00.
