Requirements:

  • Over two years of experience in troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, macOS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop experience.
  • Experience with Dell Wyse thin clients.
