As a Technical Field Specialist, you'll perform maintenance on cinema projection equipment, digital signage, sound systems, servers, and power supplies.

You'll test electronic assemblies, components, or parts by connecting to various equipment, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, ammeters, color meters, resistance bridges, oscilloscopes, and automatic or computerized test equipment.

Examine equipment and assemblies for defects and replace defective components. Repair equipment and perform field testing. Resolve firmware and software issues.

Direct investigations of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products.

Record, analyze, and inform appropriate personnel of production quality and sales departments of status and disposition of customer complaints and claims using written and electronic reporting.

Install electronic or digital equipment and test.

Record activities in Field Point daily, including work description, expenses, hours, labor, and travel.

This position requires in-and-out-of-market travel up to 70-80% of the time and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call.

Perform phone and remote support for customers when a resolution can be achieved through these methods.

Key qualifications include experience with computer and networking concepts and architecture, digital cinema equipment experience preferred, proficiency with MS Office, comfort working in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and high-caliber partnerships and ongoing opportunities to work with industry leaders and experts.
