We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outside Parts and Service Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling parts and service solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell parts and service solutions to customers through special promotions, quality assurance packages, extended warranties, and machine inspections.
  • Communicate customer complaints to the appropriate department to achieve a quick resolution and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Provide parts and service solutions to customers, including maintenance and repair services.
  • Assist with counter sales to support customer needs, including Saturday work as required.
  • Responsible for the coverage, retention, development, and acquisition of all customers within an assigned territory or sales market for parts and service.
  • Collect and update customer equipment information for use in parts, service, and sales marketing promotions.
  • Deliver parts to customers as required, including pulling parts and loading for the day.
  • Provide feedback on pricing and promotions of competitors.
  • Regularly clean and maintain company vehicles to protect company assets and represent Quality Equipment professionally.
  • Attend required training meetings to promote overall employee and dealer development.
  • Provide constructive input on parts and service marketing plans.
  • Assist with after-hours parts phone service, when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year experience in Parts Department operations.
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • AG background, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for potential driving situations.
  • Maintain driving records per insurance carrier standards.

Physical Demands:

  • Weight Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Mobility: Squatting, bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, standing, sitting, and repetitive keyboarding for long durations of time.
  • Visual: Working with PC, smart devices, and close detailed work.
  • Driving: Occasional – Short and long distances.
  • Dexterity: Ability to grasp and manipulate standard tools and office equipment.
