Key Responsibilities:


The Restaurant Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing a profitable dining establishment while ensuring that the restaurant adheres to McDonald's essential customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

These standards are rigorous, making this a significant role. The Restaurant Operations Manager collaborates with their superior to establish the restaurant's objectives and formulates a strategy to meet those goals.

To achieve restaurant objectives, the Restaurant Operations Manager does not operate in isolation. They lead a team of Department Managers, each with specific responsibilities within the restaurant.

This involves assisting the Department Managers in setting their own targets, monitoring their progress, and offering coaching and guidance to enhance their departments.

By enhancing departmental performance, the overall restaurant performance improves.

The Restaurant Operations Manager may also be responsible for recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure that the restaurant has a capable team to lead into the future.

Ideal candidates should possess prior experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager in high-volume settings. A background in quick-service dining is highly preferred, along with experience in hospitality or retail. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to hold a managerial position in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
