Join Waupaca Foundry as a Foundry Production Specialist

Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is a leading supplier of iron castings with a legacy of product quality and a commitment to innovation. As a Foundry Production Specialist, you will be part of a team that produces top-quality castings for various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety policies and guidelines
  • Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) to ensure efficient production
  • Participate in WF's 6-S Program to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Complete training in WF's ISO 14001 Environmental Certification to ensure environmental responsibility
  • Meet production targets and maintain a consistent work pace
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and operate hand tools, machines, and equipment
  • Visually inspect products for defects
Qualifications:
  • Solid work history with good oral communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, with problem-solving skills
  • Dependable and responsible, with a positive work attitude
  • Punctual and able to work in a team environment
  • Adaptable to a flexible work schedule and able to work without supervision
